Panel discussion on the impact of the audiovisual digital arts sector on the environment, highlighting the urgent need for sustainable practices to reduce the carbon footprint. Acknowledging that some projects are not inherently eco-friendly, we aim to support and develop pro-climate solutions for events. What steps can we take towards a sustainable culture and co-creating a new, eco-conscious dimension for events?

The discussion will feature industry experts, event organizers, artists, and sustainability advocates, supporting dialogue for collective action and a greener future for the sector. Moderated by Christina Cantemir / Art Mirror Association _RO.

The session will also cover a joint initiative by several festival organizers in Krakow (including Patchlab Festival) called *Festivals for Climate*. We have developed a set of best practices available to all associations and institutions, accessible HERE.

In the workshop segment, participants will explore practical strategies for reducing energy consumption and promoting the use of renewable energy in productions and events.
