Norman Leto, originally Łukasz Banach, is a multi-talented artist known for his work in painting, directing, and new media. His journey began with a solo exhibition at the Centre for Contemporary Art Ujazdowski Castle in Warsaw in 2007. Subsequently, he authored an autobiographical novel titled Sailor and produced a full-length film bearing the same name in 2009 and 2010. In 2012, Leto embarked on Photon his second feature film, which premiered at international documentary film festivals, including CPH:DOX in Copenhagen 2017 and HotDocs in Toronto 2017, with its Polish debut at the 17th IFF T-Mobile New Horizons in the main competition. In 2017, Leto began crafting the script for Pilot 9/11 a unique portrayal of the 9/11 terrorist attack through the eyes of a real military pilot striving to avert the tragedy.
